Step 1
Pick your ratio
Bigger tires need a numerically higher ratio. Here’s what we recommend for the 2.3L and 2.7L.
Already on 4.70s, like every Sasquatch Bronco? You already match 35s. Regear when you step up to 37s. Your ratio is on your window sticker.
On 37s at 5.13, a 10-speed Bronco turns about 2,075 rpm at 70, right where a stock Sasquatch runs. Running a 4-door with armor, a rack or a trailer, or going bigger than 37s? Call us before you pick.
Step 2
Find your gear package
Includes front and rear gear sets, and master install kits with all the components needed to do the job right the first time.
Check your front axle first. Both packages fit Broncos with the Dana M210 front and M220 rear: the Badlands, Wildtrak, Everglades, First Edition, Stroppe and any Bronco with the Sasquatch package. Front locker switch on your dash? You have the M210. They don’t fit the Bronco Raptor. Not sure? Send us your VIN.
Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks or Black Diamond? Without the Sasquatch package, those run the smaller Dana M190 front, and our gears are cut for the M210. An open rear also needs a new carrier, since the factory ring gear is welded on. Call 844-213-4327 or send us a message to plan your build.

Plan on a Ford Performance calibration. Ford requires one after a regear to reconfigure the Bronco’s modules and speedometer. In California with a 2025+ 2.3L or a 2026 2.7L? Call us first.
Need an Individual Gear Set?
Front and rear must match, so order the ratio you run at the other end.
Ring and pinion sets
Each gear set needs its own master install kit. Gear packages already include them. Call us for the kit that matches your axle.

Quick answers
Regear questions
The things Bronco owners ask us most.
01Do I really need to regear for bigger tires?
If you want your Bronco to drive right, yes. Bigger tires on factory gears cost you power, and the automatic ends up hunting between gears. A numerically higher ratio puts the power back.
02What comes in a gear package?
Front and rear ring and pinion sets in the ratio you choose, plus matching front and rear master install kits with the components needed to overhaul each ring and pinion setup.
03Which Broncos do these gears fit?
Broncos with the Dana M210 front and M220 rear: the Badlands, Wildtrak, Everglades, First Edition, Stroppe and any Bronco with the Sasquatch package. If you have a front locker switch, you have the M210. The Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks and Black Diamond run the smaller M190 front unless they have Sasquatch, so call us or send us a message to plan the front. They don’t fit the Bronco Raptor.
04Do the front and rear need the same ratio?
Yes. Ford requires the front and rear to run the same ratio. A gear package gets you both in the ratio you pick.
05I have the Sasquatch package. Do I need to regear?
Not for the factory 35s. Your 4.70s already match them. Step up to 37s and we recommend 5.13.
06Can I keep my factory e-lockers?
Yes. Our M210 and M220 gear sets fit the factory e-locker carriers, so your lockers stay.
07Do I need to recalibrate after a regear?
Yes. Ford requires a Ford Performance calibration after a regear to reconfigure the Bronco’s modules and speedometer.
08Can I install gears myself?
Setting up gears takes the right tools and experience. We publish our differential setup specs and break-in procedure so you and your installer start from the right numbers.
09What’s the warranty?
Ring and pinion sets, including the ones in our gear packages: 2 Year Limited Warranty. Master install kits: 1 Year Limited Warranty. Full details on our warranty page.
