Warranty

Revolution Gear & Axle warrants the original retail purchaser that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods shown below. Revolution Gear & Axle makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. All other warranties, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. This warranty is offered provided that the Revolution Gear & Axle product has been installed and maintained correctly, and that it has not been subject to modification, accident, abnormal or competition use.

This warranty does not cover, and Revolution Gear & Axle shall not be liable for, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, road service charges, labor charges, shipping costs, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, loss of revenues, or loss or damage to personal property (including loss or damage to vehicle parts due to the failure of Revolution Gear & Axle product). In addition, this warranty does not cover, and Revolution Gear & Axle shall not be liable for, any undertaking, representation, or agreements made by dealers or other third parties selling Revolution Gear & Axle products. Warranties are non-transferable.

Ring & Pinions	Two Years
USA Made Front & Rear Axles	All American Made Axles are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles and twisted splines. This warranty is non-transferable. U-Joints are only covered under warranty for 1 Year (Other than Revolution Gear HD Chromoly U-Joints). Parts subject to normal wear are not covered under warranty; this includes bearings and seals. Revolution Gear and Axle reserves the right to either axle replacement or credit after the first warranty claim.
Discovery Series Front & Rear Axles	All Discovery Series Axles are backed by a 10 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles and twisted splines. This warranty is non-transferable. U-Joints are only covered under warranty for 1 Year (Other than Revolution Gear HD Chromoly U-Joints). Parts subject to normal wear are not covered under warranty; this includes bearings and seals.
Replacement Rear Axles	All Single Replacement Axles are backed by a 10 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is non-transferable. Parts subject to normal wear are not covered under warranty; this includes bearings and seals.
Driveshafts	Limited Lifetime Warranty for twisted tubing or broken welds.
Bearing Installation Kits	One Year
Differential Covers	One Year
Differentials and Traction	Brand Warranty: Eaton - One Year, ARB - Five Years, OX Offroad - One Year
Crate Axles	Brand Warranty: Dana Spicer - One Year
All Other Parts Not Listed	One Year
