Warranty Coverage
Coverage periods by product line. Warranties apply to the original retail purchaser and are non-transferable.
Warranty Terms
Revolution Gear & Axle warrants the original retail purchaser that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods shown below. Revolution Gear & Axle makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. All other warranties, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. This warranty is offered provided that the Revolution Gear & Axle product has been installed and maintained correctly, and that it has not been subject to modification, accident, abnormal or competition use.
This warranty does not cover, and Revolution Gear & Axle shall not be liable for, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, road service charges, labor charges, shipping costs, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, loss of revenues, or loss or damage to personal property (including loss or damage to vehicle parts due to the failure of Revolution Gear & Axle product). In addition, this warranty does not cover, and Revolution Gear & Axle shall not be liable for, any undertaking, representation, or agreements made by dealers or other third parties selling Revolution Gear & Axle products. Warranties are non-transferable.

Discovery Series Front & Rear Axles
10 Year Limited
All Discovery Series Axles are backed by a 10 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles and twisted splines. This warranty is non-transferable. U-Joints are only covered under warranty for 1 Year (Other than Revolution Gear HD Chromoly U-Joints). Parts subject to normal wear are not covered under warranty; this includes bearings and seals.
Replacement Rear Axles
10 Year Limited
All Single Replacement Axles are backed by a 10 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is non-transferable. Parts subject to normal wear are not covered under warranty; this includes bearings and seals.
Driveshafts
Limited Lifetime
Limited Lifetime Warranty for twisted tubing or broken welds.
Bearing Installation Kits
One Year
One Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Differential Covers
One Year
One Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Request an RMA#
Warranty returns must be pre-approved. Provide a detailed summary of the issue.

Wait for Approval
Do not ship items back prior to receiving an approved RMA#.

Ship It Back
Display the RMA# on the exterior of the return packaging.

Resolution
Refunds and/or replacement orders are processed as quickly as possible.
