Returns Process
Revolution Gear & Axle accepts new and uninstalled returns within 30 days of original purchase. Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMA#) must be requested and issued by Revolution Gear & Axle prior to returning any items and must be displayed on the exterior return packaging to ensure timely processing. All returns (excluding warranties) must be returned in their original packaging.
There are several ways to initiate a return and obtain a RMA#. For retail sales (Non B2B), the fastest option is to initiate the return from your account login on our website. If products were purchased through “Guest Checkout” please fill out the form below to initiate the return request, we will respond within 1-3 business days. Restocking Fees and Return Freight
Some returns may be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, depending upon the reason for the return. Restocking fees are assessed when the customer changes their mind and cancels an order after fulfillment, or if the wrong part was ordered. The responsible party for returned freight charges will be assessed during the RMA process. Revolution Gear & Axle will not charge restocking or return freight fees due to our warehouse fulfillment errors or due to damage in shipment. Items returned after 60 days from RMA# issuance will not be accepted.
Warranty Returns
Returning items for warranty follows a similar process and must be pre-approved by Revolution Gear & Axle. Provide a detailed summary when requesting a warranty return. Do not ship items back prior to receiving an approved RMA#.
Returns Processing
Full or partial refunds and/or replacements orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Obtaining pre-approved RMA#s through the steps noted above expedite processing.
