The U-joint is a critical component that connects drivetrain parts, such as axles, differentials and transfer cases, while letting them move as needed. While we offer plenty of OEM replacement U-joints, off-roaders that push the limits have demanded something stronger.

They are an incredibly rugged component that will hold up against extreme forces, whether from the terrain you're driving on or the torque of an upgraded powertrain. The Strongest Drivetrain U-Joints

Each U-joint you see here is made of 4340 chromoly steel. This low-carbon steel alloy includes nickel, chromium and molybdenum, resulting in a material that is significantly stronger than stock U-JointsOur 1350 style heavy duty U-Joint is designed with inner needle bearings eliminating routine maintenance. The Dana 60 U-Joint is a non-needle bearing design and requires maintenance, not recommended for daily driving.
